What athlete´s food is?

Athlete´s foot is a common disease, almost everybody has had this disease at least one time in their life. What athlete´s foot is? What happens when you have it? Does it have cure? How does it spread?

Athlete´s foot also called as tinea pedis, ais a contagious fungal infection that affects the skin on the feet. It can also spread to the toe nails and the hands, the fungal infection is called athlete´s foot because it´s commonly seen in athlete´s.

Athlete´s foot occurs when the tinea fungus grows on the feet. You can catch the fungus through direct contact with an infected person or by touching surfaces contaminated with the fungus.

When you have it, the symtoms that appear are the following: itches, bad smell and aches.
Athlete´s foot isn´t serious, but sometimes it is hard to cure, you can cure it with a cream.

In conclusion, you should take care when you go to the shower, public bathrooms and swimming pools and always wear flip flops or shoes, because is not pleasent at all having it.
